If you cancel your booking due to any kind of circumstances so must inform us in writing. Cancellation charges would be applicable from the date when we will receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
40 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour cost.
30 days to 39 days prior to arrival - 40% of the tour cost.
15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
10 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 70% of the tour cost.
Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND OF TOTAL TOUR COST
Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non-refundable.
In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
In case of 4 persons, 1 room with 2 extra mattresses will be provided.
Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date.
